Order Processing: We carefully hand-pack each order within 1-2 business days with the same attention to detail we give to our vintage-inspired collections.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS – arrives within 15-25 days after dispatch
We ship worldwide, though we currently cannot deliver to some Asian destinations and remote locations. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your carefully wrapped package begins its journey to you.
Our Elegant Returns Process
While we hope you’ll adore your Betty Sundress or Capri Pants as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a Gloria Dress might not be your perfect match. Our returns policy is designed with vintage-loving customers in mind.

Non-Returnable Items

After we receive your return (which we inspect with the same care we give our delicate Duffle Coats), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
