Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into our collections – straightforward, elegant, and customer-focused.

Please note: All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and free from wear, perfume, or makeup – just as you’d expect when receiving a cherished vintage piece from a careful collector.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Belts and Accessories that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (which we handle with the same care as our delicate Boleros), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Need a different size of our Circle Skirt or another color of the Capri Pants? We’re happy to help! The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please include your exchange preferences in your return request email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – while we adore surprises in fashion, we prefer no surprises with return shipments!

Remember: Our team carefully inspects each return. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for refund, just as we wouldn’t sell a less-than-perfect Duffle Coat to our valued customers.
